The overall objective of the Organizational Sustainability Training Programs is to equip 360 development practitioners representing 90 Community Development Associations of 9 informal areas of Greater Cairo with the skills and tools that support the continued delivery of the community services such CDAs provide to their constituencies. The training program followed the Organizational Sustainability Model which aims at building the capacity of NGOs making them more responsive, accountable and effective when delivering quality community development projects and initiatives. The four training blocks including Strategic Planning, Proposal Writing and Fundraising, Project Management, Monitoring and Evaluation have included concepts of environmental protection, climate change and gender inclusion all through the training course either directly or through the presentation of case studies and exercises.  The training program covered the whole cycle of project’s delivery process from the input side in one hand including financial security and organizational viability through-out the output side of the process on the other hand including program effectiveness and enduring impact.
