Acted as a sub-consultant to a Canadian consulting firm, Beit Al Karma has fielded evaluation experts and young facilitators to evaluate the implemented program in the West Bank and Gaza, Egypt and Tunisia therefore producing and participating in the production and review of three country case studies. The overall goal of the program is to promote adolescents (10-18 years old) rights to development and participation. Program technical approaches included setting up an institutional sustainability mechanism, policy reform as well as creating adolescents friendly spaces.
In a team work fashion including international and national experts, Beit Al Karma has participated in the preparation of work plan, surveying questionnaires and tools including how to use the Most Significant Change tool when writing success stories. Beit Al Karma has conducted all field interviews, trained young researchers and participated in drafting and reviewing the three case studies. All have created inter-country and inter-regional lessons learned.
