USAID Funded Project in Minia Governorate

The REACT project aims to strengthen the relationship between informed citizenry on the one hand & local executive and competent elected local popular administration councils on the other hand. The project included training, public awareness activities, and community initiatives. The project covered 9 districts and 9 villages of Minia governorate, Egypt. As part of the project activities, Beit Al Karma prepared an integrated communication and outreach plan, advised on the procurement of the competitive grants-making process, prepared a monitoring logical framework to monitor the results achieved from the implementation of twenty-one community initiatives, advised on the production of the final documentary film, advised on formulation of project’s sustainability plan & exit strategy, and prepared four project success stories.
