Partnership Program for Democracy and Governance aimed to increase civic participation by integrating youth, women, non-governmental organizations, media and local government in constructive dialogue for improved municipal services and for building transparent, participatory and accountable local governance.
The evaluation team assessed the effectiveness and sustainability of the established youth forums to continually debate and advocate for youth-related needs and aspirations to be fulfilled by executive government apparatuses. The evaluation reported on the effectiveness and relevance of project activities within the regulatory and policy reforms agenda related to the decentralization of local administration in Egypt.
