Meet the Trainer

Haifa Najjar

Haifa brings over 16 years of expertise in Social Entrepreneurship, CSR & Sustainability, Business Development, CRM, Market Research, and Program Management. As the Regional Business Development Manager and Portfolio & Programs Manager at Alfanar, the Arab world’s first venture philanthropy organization, she supports social enterprises in strengthening operations, scaling their impact, accessing new markets, and achieving financial sustainability through tailored funding, training, and management support.

Previously, Haifa was Communications Manager at Holdal Group, where she led impactful CSR initiatives and managed CRM, digital marketing, and internal communications, aligning with the group’s diverse portfolio. Her career also includes roles in CSR and CRM at HSTCo and as a Research Analyst at Thomson Reuters Beirut.

Haifa holds a Diploma in Nonprofit Management from the Lebanese American University (LAU), is a certified Chief Sustainability Officer, and has a certification in Digital Marketing. She also holds a BA in Business Marketing from the American University of Beirut.

Beyond her corporate career, Haifa is a seasoned trainer and mentor, having delivered entrepreneurship and capacity-building programs with organizations like Injaz Lebanon, UNDP, Nawaya Network, and Berytech.

With extensive experience in business development, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and scaling social impact, Haifa empowers organizations and individuals to drive growth and create lasting change.
