54 participants representing software, ICT training firms, system integration, content-management and call center services companies have attended the three rounds of training. Each round is two days of instructions and practice, on how to write and manage a winning proposal. Though of the similarity in building a proposal document across professional services providers, Beit Al Karma has tailored the course’s terminology and examples to suit the ICT industry. Training topics included: Proposal outline and executive summary; Defining and articulating Key Performance Indicators; Storyboard development using needs, solutions, benefits and proofs technique; 3 Cs approach: Client, Competition and Corporate Capacity
