The project aimed at placing unemployed or under-employed university graduates in decent jobs by equipping participating youth with the skills needed by the private employers with a specific focus of the ICT sector. The team measured project’s effectiveness in creating sustainable and decent jobs for participating youth.
It assessed the contribution of training programs in creating such employability opportunities. Interviews included EFE staff, participating youth, partner NGOs, trainers as well as partner employers of the private sector.
