How to manage and write a winning proposal for projects funded by USAID

CEOSS, Minia Governorate, Egypt

15 senior projects officers of the Local Development Sector of CEOSS attended the training course on how to write a winning proposal for USAID funded projects. The two days training workshop in Minia governorate included the analysis of a previous written proposal by CEOSS, for USAID, in order to highlight strengths and weaknesses to further improve content quality, consistency and compliance with the evaluation criteria.

Training topics included the definition of winning themes, messages and discriminators; how to improve consistency of a proposal through drawing conceptual frameworks and how slight differences in drawing conceptual framework may entirely change the spirit of the written proposal.
