Midterm Evaluation of the Integrated Economic and Social Up-grading of the Fishermen Communities and their Families

The project included the provision of small-medium loans to fishermen and their families to start up or improve their existing work; enterprise-based training to improve the prospects for young citizens to access the job market; literacy and tutoring activities; the provision of financial aid for drop-out students; mother and child health awareness activities and ultimately the construction of 36 hygienic shrimp peeling sites. The team has also evaluated the capacity building activities of partner CDAs.

Beit Al Karma Consulting mobilized an integrated team of different Subject Matter Experts.
