The overall objective of the Organizational Sustainability Training Program is to equip 360 development practitioners representing 90 Community Development Associations of 9 informal areas of Greater Cairo with the skills and tools that support the continued delivery of the community services.

The training program aimed at building the capacity of NGOs making them more responsive, accountable and effective when delivering quality community development initiatives. Cross cutting themes of environmental protection, climate change and gender inclusion were embedded in the training program.
