Beit Al Karma in collaboration with an International MEL consultant has prepared resource book that provides tools for measuring and use of grant outcomes to improve project design and work performance. The toolbox included topics such as outcomes mapping and measurement, participatory-based grant design and development, designing the M&E Plan, reporting, and evaluating outcomes as well as learning from outcomes.
The toolbox aimed at co-creating and co-designing grants applications with grantees. A pool of consultants was trained on the prepared tool box and grants management procedures of Ford foundation.
