The assignment aimed at collecting and updating the USAID infrastructure (water, wastewater, and electricity) division’s performance management plan against the technical, financial, regulatory, and institutional indicators. Beit Al Karma seconded Water, Wastewater and Electrical Engineers collected data from related utilities at the central and governorates levels.
The team conducted data quality assessment, data verification processes, tabulated all data against pre-defined sector’s performance indicators including increased access to basic services, improved quality, enhanced services delivery and improved utilities’ performance.
