The 85 M US$ USAID-funded Partnerships for Educational Progress activity aims at transforming Egypt’s public universities into world-class centers of learning that prepare and connect Egyptian students to the workforce. The project provides technical assistance and capacity strengthening to the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to increase their ability to offer relevant and quality higher education opportunities to all Egyptians.

Purdue Applied Research InstituteThis includes the provision of market-relevant, inclusive, high-quality, modern degree programs that support graduates in a smooth transition to employment. It also includes designing sustainable partnerships between higher education and the private sector to continuously make university programs, promote work-based learning opportunities, and strengthen research partnerships.
