Proposal Management and Writing Professional (PMWP) Foundation
How to Manage and Write Winning Proposals
Course Overview
Submitting proposals remains the primary path to securing new contracts and / or grant awards. Today, there are simply fewer proposal opportunities out there and the competition has become fierce to capture them. Most consulting firms, non-governmental organizations and professional services providers suffer from low proposals winning rate reaching 5% and less. They suffer from low morale and higher costs incurred due to preparing losing proposals. While compliance and process-driven development are essential foundations, they are not sufficient on their own to consistently produce winning proposals.
This training course is designed to offer professional development, training resources and tools to proposal writing and management professionals enabling them to develop technically-sound, content-rich, persuasive, and winning proposals that resonate with evaluators and set your offer apart. Whether your team is big or small, you’ll walk away with a set of clear strategies to improve your writing and transform your submissions from merely eligible to truly irresistible.
“Bid and proposal teams that have knowledge of and use industry recognized best practices are more likely to win.”
