Baseline study: Improving Syrian and Egyptian Children’s Access to Formal and Informal Education (ACCESS) Project

The project aims to increase access to schools for Syrian and Egyptian children, strengthen social cohesion among Syrian refugees and Egyptian host communities, and strengthen the quality of formal and informal education systems for boys and girls. Contract duration was 9 months to allow Evaluators to observe project’s activities on the ground including classroom activities, teachers’ behaviors and interactions between children and parents of the refugees and host communities. Activities included the design of evaluation methodology, inquiry questions and data collection tools.
