Beit Al Karma consulting has been contracted by the Swedish Alex Institute to
- Review current grants management system
- Design results-based Project’s Monitoring Evaluation Plan
- Design procedures for progress reporting
- The delivery of MEL training to the institute’s staff.
The overarching objective of the contract was to change the mind-sets of the institute’s senior staff towards the importance of outcomes-based management to increase the effect and influence of the institute’s funded projects in interfaith dialogue, conflict resolutions, exchange activities and policy reform.
