GIZ-implemented Employment Policy Reform Program contracted Beit Al Karma to
- Deliver 3-days training in project design / proposal writing
- Deliver two interactive days of training in organizational structuring
- Deliver 2 days in Communication and negotiation skills.
The three workshops were attended by 21 senior staff of the Technical Sector of the Ministry of Education.
The case study discussed during the training was Better Profits through Decent Jobs case study. As a result of the organizational structure training, Job descriptions for 7 major positions were prepared in a very participative manner with training participants to staff and satisfy the mandate of the newly to be created International Coordination Unit that shall foster enhance partnerships with the international donors, international foundations, the private sector and the civil society as well.
