Development Projects Evaluation
We conduct participatory mixed qualitative and quantitative baseline, mid-term and final evaluation studies. We use different data collection methods to deliver truthful findings. We evaluated development aid funded projects in areas such as democratic governance & decentralization, refugees and migration, youth employability, civic engagement, women rights, construction and infrastructure projects.
Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning System
We help designing and implementing robust monitoring, evaluation and learning system and project activities MEL plans. We help in designing work plans, measure results, analyze them and set up learning plans to enhance, correct and adapt.
Training services
Since 2012 Beit Al Karma consulting has delivered publicly offered as well as tailored training courses in Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL). More than 25+ training cohorts have been organized attended by 500+ emerging MEL practitioners representing local and international NGOs, Corporate Funders and ministries across the Middle East and North Africa Countries and beyond.
